The Urban Vogue and George Edward teams will be working hard to get your orders to you swiftly. Delivery will be an estimated 3 - 5 working days. Please allow a further 3 days for rural delivery. Free shipping NZ only

We offer Free Shipping on all purchases made in New Zealand over $100.00. All parcels are sent using Courier Post. Your signature will be required upon delivery. The parcel can be delivered to your home or work. To ensure you are available to collect your purchase when it is delivered, we recommend that you enter your daytime or business address for your shipping address. Delivery takes 3-7 working days, depending on where you live. Please remember that during very busy times, delivery may take longer and any delays in the courier service are out of our control. If you are concerned about delivery time frames, or if your order is urgent, please let us know.

Our Online Returns Policy

Please take time to familiarise yourself with our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online.

Important:

If for any reason you’re not head over heels with the garment you receive, we will happily accept returns within 7 days of receipt, provided the item has not been worn and has tags intact, in original condition.

In our opinion the perfect fit can make or break an outfit, so we won’t hesitate to exchange your item for another size. If we don’t have your size available, we will refund your money in full, or exchange it for another piece from our collection – whichever you prefer.

We also understand that no two designers have identical sizing, so if you need support in choosing the right size for you feel free to call us for our advice.

If you intend to return an item (s), please advise your intent to return by email to shop@urbanvogue.co.nz - this will ensure we are expecting the return.

Please note:


  1. 1. Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  2. 2. Items must have all tags and packaging attached.
  3. 3. Footwear must include the original shoe boxes in its original condition, without postal labels.
  4. 4. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  5. 5. While we all love the four letter word sale, we encourage you to ensure you LOVE your purchase as we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items.
  6. 6. The return of the item (s) is at your own cost. Please choose a trackable shipping method! Unfortunately the unexpected can occur and Urban Vogue and George Edward are unable to accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

Refunds and Processing Time...

Once your package arrives with us, your refund, exchange or credit note will be processed within 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your inbox as we will notify you by email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account Please allow up to 2 – 3 working days.

Returns Process.


  1. 1. Email shop@urbanvogue.co.nz with your intent to return, using your order number as your reference.
  2. 2. Securely re-package your items.
  3. 3. Send your return goods to Urban Vogue, Shop G6, 19 Bethlehem Road, Bethlehem, Tauranga 3147
  4. 4. Ship your package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Urban Vogue cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship.
  5. 5. You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Our In-Store Returns Policy

This returns policy applies to purchases made in-store only. We will happily exchange any full price garment within 7 days of purchasing. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached along with the sale receipt. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or credit notes on change of mind purchases. Additionally, no exchanges, refunds or credit notes will be given on sale items.
